Who do you build websites and software for?

Most of our work is with small and mid sized Estonian companies: service providers, online shops, construction, beauty and health, manufacturing. We are just as good a fit for a new company that needs its first proper website.

Do you only build websites?

No. Alongside websites and online shops we build custom software, internal portals, integrations and automation. If you have repetitive manual work you would rather hand to a machine, that is worth a conversation.

Where are you based and do we need to meet?

We work across Estonia and do most of the work remotely. Projects usually run over email, phone and video calls, but if meeting in person matters to you, we will arrange it.

Can the site be in several languages?

Yes, multilingual sites are routine for us. Estonian, English, Russian or any other combination. We agree upfront who provides the translations, because that affects the schedule more than anything else.

How many projects do you take on at once?

Only as many as we can genuinely give attention to. That sometimes means offering a start date a couple of weeks out, but you will never sit in a queue without knowing it.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the scope, so no honest number exists before we know what is needed. Our services page lists a starting price for every service, and after a short conversation you get a firm quote that does not change halfway through the work.

Is the quote free?

Yes. The first conversation, the scoping and the quote cost nothing and commit you to nothing.

How does payment work?

Payment is usually split up: part at the start, the rest by milestone or on completion. For a larger project we agree a payment schedule that moves along with the stages.

Are there costs I do not know about yet?

The quote states what is included. Hosting, the domain and third party fees such as payment provider charges normally sit outside it. We tell you about those upfront, not on the invoice.

What if I want to add something mid project?

Small refinements usually fit inside the work. If a request noticeably changes the scope, we tell you first what it costs and how the schedule shifts. We do not send surprise invoices.

Is there a monthly fee?

The site itself is a one off piece of work. The recurring costs are hosting and the domain, plus a maintenance plan if you want one. All of them are optional and you know the amounts before you order anything.

How does working together start?

Write us a couple of sentences about what you need. We agree a conversation, map out the goals and the content, and send a quote together with a schedule. If it works for you, we lock in a start date.

How long does it take?

Most websites are ready in one to three weeks; online shops and larger systems take longer. The biggest factor is how quickly we get content and feedback from you.

What do you need from me?

Copy, images, a logo and access to any existing accounts. If the copy does not exist yet, we help write it, and we will find a solution for images together.

Do I get to see the work before it is finished?

Yes. Once the first version is standing, we open a test link and send it to you. From that point on you can follow the work and comment on it, so the end result is no surprise. Before that nothing is visible to anyone.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

We do not count rounds. We work through your feedback until the site is what we agreed on. The line sits where a request changes the agreed scope, and then we talk about it separately.

What happens on handover day?

We move the site to the right domain, check speed, forms and analytics, and show you how to edit content. Only then do we call the work finished.

What do you build on?

We prefer Laravel and Next.js. Content sites are usually built on Next.js with a content management layer, so the site stays fast and editing is simple for you. Online stores, portals and custom systems are built on Laravel. We are not shutting the door on WordPress and WooCommerce: we have worked with them for years, can configure them thoroughly and write custom plugins where needed, so if that is what you specifically want, we will build it.

Does the site work properly on mobile?

Every site is built mobile first, because most visitors arrive on a phone. Before handover we go through the site on real devices, not just in a browser window.

Will the site be found on Google?

The technical side is always taken care of: fast loading, a correct structure, headings, a sitemap and structured data. Where you actually land depends on competition and content, and we can help with that part too.

Can I edit the content myself?

Yes. You get a content management view where you can change text, images and products yourself, and we walk you through it at handover.

Who owns the site and the code?

Accepted Answer

You do. The domain, the hosting and the finished solution belong to you. We do not lock you in or hold the site hostage if you ever decide to continue with someone else.

Is the site GDPR compliant?

We install a cookie notice with a real consent choice, wire the analytics and tracking codes to it, and add a privacy policy. That way data collection is correct from launch day.

Is hosting included in the price?

Hosting and the domain are separate recurring costs that go straight to the provider. We help set them up and recommend an option that genuinely suits your site, without you overpaying.

Can you help with registering a domain?

Yes. If you do not have one yet, we help you find and register a suitable name. If you already have one, we point it at the new site without downtime.

Can you move an existing site to new hosting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The move is done so the old site stays live until the new one is ready. The switch happens only once everything has been transferred and tested.

Can I get email on my own domain?

We can set up addresses in the form name@yourcompany.ee and connect them to your existing mailbox, so nothing goes unread.

Is an SSL certificate included?

Yes, every site goes live on HTTPS. The certificate comes free with the hosting and renews itself, so the browser never warns your visitors.

What happens after the site is finished?

We hand the site over with a short walkthrough and stay reachable. You are not left alone with a screen you do not understand.

Do you offer maintenance?

Yes. Maintenance covers security updates, backups, speed monitoring and technical support. We agree a scope that matches what your solution actually needs.

How quickly do you respond to problems?

Ordinary questions get an answer within one business day. If the site is down or something is broken, we deal with it right away.

Do you maintain sites built by someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We start with an audit of security, speed and pending updates, and then tell you honestly whether the site is worth maintaining or a new one makes more sense.

Can new features be added later?

Yes, and we build solutions precisely so that they can be. A new module, integration or language is added on top of what exists, not rebuilt from scratch.
